LINUS Capital provides approx. EUR 8 M mezzanine capital to the Düsseldorf-based project developer CENTRUM for a large retail development at Alexanderplatz in Berlin.
CENTRUM will develop more than 7,000 sqm of retail space at Alexanderplatz, one of the most frequented retail locations in Berlin with about 300,000 visitors per day. CENTRUM already signed multiple prelease agreements with well-known retail brands.
